Practical information

The first step is a phone call, then an “ exchange and discovery session” (which is free of charge).

After this, if we both think we can work together, we define the objectives you wish to focus on.

Then, I will propose a personalized program, which can be fully on-line, with :

  • some one to one sophrology sessions to be held within 6 to 10 weeks  time,
  • a set of tools, to make your personal training between sessions simple, easy and adapted to your day to day life constraints.
